Presidents often see their terms in office marked by scandals swirling around family members. It seems President George W. Bush is not going to be an exception. The New York Times reports that Ignite, a firm of his brother, Neil, is facing an inquiry over government contracts. The investigation by the inspector general of the Department of Education was triggered by a watchdog group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington .
